
| | Pacific Track Time Policies (updated 12/05/08) | | Payments Pacific Track Time accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Credit card payments may be made via the internet on our secured website HERE, via telephone at 530.223.0622, or via fax at 530.223.0922. Checks, made payable to "Pacific Track Time", can be mailed to the following address: Pacific Track Time PO BOX 492137 Redding, CA 96049 All payments must be received prior to the date of event. Please make sure to include the following information when signing up for an event: Name, Event Date, Rider Info (Name, phone number, email address, skill level, etc.), Billing Address, and Along with any additional information you may feel is necessary. |  | Cancellation Policy Pacific Track Time does not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation, there are no exceptions to this. As an alternative PTT issues credits equal to the original purchase price of that event. Credits for Pacific Track Time events can be used toward any event, providing the event is not sold out at the time you wish to use your credit. Per our policy, a cancellation must occur 14 days prior to the event for a full credit. Cancellations occurring within the 2 week period will result in forfeit of payment. Please be advised, Pacific Track Time administration will not break this policy, so please do not ask as there are no exceptions to the rule. To preclude forfeiture of payment, in the event you are unable to attend a track day beyond the two week cancellation window; you are allowed to transfer your purchased date(s) to alternative rider. To insure registration of your alternate attendee, you must contact the PTT office 24 hours prior to the event. This is not applicable for ticket pack holders. |  | Rain Policy Pacific Track Time strives to have the most liberal rain policy available providing the track offers such a policy provision; see event description for further details if applicable; such policy provisions are subject to a fee surcharge in the event of rain cancellation. Honestly, no one person can predict the weather forecast far enough out to be accurate; everyone has to be realistic when it does rain. If the track considers the day safe to ride, we ride RAIN or SHINE! |  | Waiting List To be placed on the wait list for a sold out event simply email info@pacifictracktime.com the event date, rider name and rider group. If space becomes available you will be contacted by email. Rest assured, your payment will not be processed until your spot is confirmed for the specified event. As a rule of thumb, days fill quickly, to avoid the waiting list we suggest that you secure your spot early. Wait list spots are handled first come first serve. |  | Ticket Packs and Season Passes Pacific Track Time offers a variety of track day packages for those riders interested in attending multiple events at a discounted price throughout the calendar year.
We offer Season Passes, good for every event during the season, at an unbeatable price. Season Passes are limited and sell out quickly!
Additionally, 6-packs and 10-packs are available until sold out and can be used at any event!
Ticket packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. Ticket pack holders can chose their event dates, along with rider group, anytime throughout the year, given the event has not sold out. In the event you are unable to make one, or more, of your chosen event dates, you may cancel 2 weeks prior to the event per our cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend the event within this cancellation window, you can recover your ticket ONLY if you are able to find another rider to pay Pacific Track Time the full price for your spot. No Exceptions. Additional information on Ticket Packs and Season Passes can be viewed on the PTT Pitboard. |  | Medical Insurance Pacific Track Time, LLC. does not provide medical insurance. All riders are responsible for providing their own personal medical insurance coverage. |  | Requirements |  | | |  | All motorcycles must pass tech inspection prior to entry of the track. No Pass, No Ride. | |  | Simply disconnect the taillight - that's about it! | |  | Excessively dirty/oily motorcycles will NOT pass tech inspection. | |  | Tires and brakes in excellent condition. | |  | Chain and sprockets in good condition. | |  | Ethyl-glycol based coolants are allowed (i.e. Antifreeze). | |  | Tape or remove any mirrors and/or glass. | |  | Stock exhaust required at Mazda Laguna Seca due to noise restrictions. | |  | Two digit numbers are required at Laguna Seca on both the front and right side of motorcycle. This enables the sound booth to identify your motorcycle. Duct or electrical tape will work and duplicate numbers will be dealt with at the track. | |  | | |  | Damage free, DOT full-faced helmet with face shield. | |  | One or two piece full zip-together leather or Aerostitch textile style riding suit. | |  | Undamaged leather gloves with full wrist coverage. | |  | Riding boots that fully cover the ankle. | |  | Back protector highly recommended. | |  | Rules |  | All riders are must read and sign the Pacific Track Time, LLC. "Release of Liability" waiver on the date of event during morning registration. This waiver simply states that participation in this sport is dangerous and you will not hold, Pacific Track Time, their staff or other riders liable. |  | All riders must attend the mandatory morning riders meeting. Non-attendees are subject to ejection from the event. |  | All riders are responsible for their own personal medical insurance coverage. Pacific Track Time, LLC does not provide medical insurance. |  | Reckless riding of any kind is subject to ejection from the event. |  | Crashing. DON'T. If you crash, the accident will be evaluated and may result in ejection from the day's event. All motorcycles and safety gear must be inspected by tech inspection prior to re-entry to the track. |  | Falsification or misuse of tech stickers (group jumping) will result in ejection from day's event. |  | If an unregistered rider is found riding a registered rider's bike, both the registered and unregistered riders will be ejected from the day's event and banned from Pacific Track Time for the remainder of the year. |  | Alcohol consumption and illegal substances are prohibited at any Pacific Track Time event. |  | Pacific Track Time reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual. Riders ejected from any Pacific Track Time event forfeit all payments/credits for that day. | |
